Sometimes it's less than 80% and I just have to cook and drain it but the price difference makes up for the fat that goes down the drain. But it's not black Angus that's for sure! The sister of a lady in our church raises black Angus cattle. They butchered one this spring that was heee-yuuuge and sold a bunch of 80% lean ground meat at $2.00 a pound. Awesome deal, especially around here.
